Do I have to put a star?

Horrible! For the amount of rent you’ll pay something is always out or going out. I experienced not having water at least twice a month, I wasn’t able to use my fireplace at all due to wasps, toilet clog continuously, old carpet and A/C keeps going out and these “maintenance“ men do just enough to shut me up and it stops working again in a few days! It’s 80 degrees in my unit! No one ever answers the phone, doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency or not. Cannot wait to leave and go somewhere I don’t have to threaten to escalate a problem every week ????

HORRIBLE!

These apartments are horrible! Within the first week I had so many problems that took forever to get fixed, some things still aren’t fixed!! The staff is horrible at communicating, full of bs! We are leaving as soon as possible! I DO NOT recommend these to anyone! They don’t tell you EVERYTHING you’ll be paying for, then you’ll get a surprise bill in the mail and look like WTF!! I HATE THEM! If you’re planning on moving here I suggest you SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME!

Time to Leave!

I sent this email to Raintree today. I am fed up with our vehicles being vandalized and broken into. Nothing is done about it EVER. Raintree required it's residents to put parking pass stickers on our vehicles a while back. I would like to know when they will be enforced? There are so many unauthorized vehicles parking along the buildings in "resident parking spots" and we are all forced to park along the back where it is poorly lit, dead cars and trailers full of junk are left. Our car was hit last night while parked along the back and nobody took responsibility. In fact, our truck has been broken into and vandalized 3 times since we moved in over 2 years ago. I want to know when the parking pass will be be enforced? Are there any plans of replacing the lighting along the back and trimming the overgrowth so it isn't so easy for vandalism to occur? When will Raintree make their residents a top priority?

Heat

I am so thankful to our Property Maintenance Manager Rigo. He came in and found out why my heat was not working. Cause the good Lord knows it is freezing out side. I am very impressed by that. Most managers would have sent someone but he said since the guys were busy He would come take care of us. That shows true leadership. May God continue to bless and keep Rigo and His family and the entire Management Staff of Raintree.

Paying Rent

I'm having a terrible time paying rent the system has me blocked and I can't get my rent paid on time , something has to give reset my ability to pay online please so I won't be charged late fees

Peaceful living

Friendly staff, property clean, maintenance gets things fixed in a timely manner, and very pet friendly! Very happy living here.

Terrible service

Ac is broken and they told me they'll get to it when they get to it I have a 7 month old son and it's so hot in the apartment very upset with the staff

Just

It's good property Just for the Maintenance Supervisor he need classes customers service hi has a bad attitude the oder 2 guys it's okay and new personal in the office.

Amazing staff

The ladies in the office are amazing. The manager Vanessa is very much pro resident and cares about us. My work orders are done on time and I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work guys. And thank your maintenance team for a job well done.

Customer service ROCKS

I had a horrible day at work today I came to the office because I had a service request. I was frustrated at the world and took off on the manager. I can't believe she just stood there listening to me and let me vent and then she said the kindest words to me . I can't believe how mean one can be at times but it takes a real human to make you see things as they are. I love you guys.. You are amazing and keep caring about us. We do appreciate it even though we don't voice it at times.

We love it here

I have lived here going on five years. Have always been taken care of. The girls in the office are the sweetest and they go beyond what I expect to help me. Vanessa is so friendly and personal, I am glad she is part of our family
